Es ermöglicht, Stressreaktionen auf effektive und effiziente Weise zu verkürzen und daher mehr Zeit im kreativen und produktiven Gestaltungsmodus zu verbringen.
Die Teilnehmenden erlernen die Kompetenz, ihre limitierenden Verhaltensmuster schneller aufzulösen, was zugleich zu einem reduzierten Stresslevel führt. For the best learning effect, the course is completed individually by learning units of 30 minutes over a period of time between 2 to 4 weeks
Pass learning check (1h)
The learning check (30 questions) ensures that the learned knowledge has been understood and offers the possibility to repeat unclear topics.
Knowledge transfer (2-4h)
To ensure transfer to everyday life, the 9-week integration phase takes place after the learning check has been passed. The participants receive two weekly e-mail impulses to repeat and reflect on topics.

Can topics be repeated?
Yes, the online program can be retaken as many times as you like.

How do participants get access?
The access information will be sent to the individual e-mail address provided during registration. For single licenses, access is possible after payment has been made. If a company license is used, access is possible immediately after registration.

Which time investment should participants expect?
It depends on the individual learning style and prior knowledge. On average, participants need about 6 to 8 hours to complete the online course. For the subsequent integration phase, participants should expect a total time investment of 2 to 4 hours.
